Nope. And to boot, PP increased their currency conversion fees.

Nope. And to boot, PP increased their currency conversion fees. Is that new? Which part? Last time I tried to make an overseas purchase with PP Credit (a couple of years ago, might have been my first time trying to use PP Credit for overseas purchase), I couldn't. I wasn't aware of their policy at the time. PP fees for currency conversion is 2.5%. Looks like it's going up to 3% on 3/29.

Nah. I wanted one in addition. Exact opposite of me. I now have my U67 and am looking for my 251. 😉

That moment you record vocals with your MK U67, then turn on Sergio Franchi's recording of the same song, recorded with an original U67 and you have to smile, because you can finally hear the sound you've been searching for.

Paypal are like banks... you might be familiar with the other word for them: Thieves. Yet not like banks, in that they aren't regulated like one, even though they act like one!

There are a number of alternatives, but support for them is spotty and generally localized to a particular country or market segment. Bummer. I can't use PP credit for an over seas transaction. I'd imagine that there shouldn't be a problem finding a financial middleman on this forum.

Try upgrading to Buisness Acct. Believe I have one. But I think the gas has passed.

I've used paypal with a CC to buy 4-5 mics from Europe in the last year, as recently as December.

Paypal Credit...it's like a credit card that offers 6 months no interest...That's what isn't available.

Vincent, I tried following the link to those files, but got a page with a list of files that showed no way to actually play them, strange..
* uhh.. I got it. Needed to download a zip file. The BA 67 is obviously a superb mic, but I found a certain ease and openness when listening to the U67 that wasn't present with the BA 67.

Just a thought but, perhaps some of it is because the original U67 has had 50 years to 'open up'?? I'm just spitballing here. I know what you're talking about! (and you're correct)
