Doesn't look like there's an LC53A sample in there? I know, I'm being a PITA. Downloaded, not in PT so I haven't taken time to line anything up yet in DP, but the files are accessible. I have LC53A's and TB Audio TB550A's to compare against here.....when the moment is found..... Did you ever get a chance to shoot out your LC53A's and your TB Audio TB550A's to the BT50? |

I can send you one of mine that indiehouse built me if you're interested in evaluating it. It has two RedDots in it for opamps. I don't have any tracking dates setup where I'm going to be needing it for a while. |

I deleted my last post cause it was just me having a WTF moment in public. A note for DAD-made converter users: their electronic balancing output circuit does not play well with (the BT50's and likely anyone else's) unbalanced inputs and after a couple days trying to troubleshoot, found a posting from DAD's rep: Make jumpers with pin 3 disconnected and all with be well. My older Avid HD interfaces handled the BT50 with no problems, so I wasn't thinking "Oh it's the unbalanced input". I thought this was worth posting for posterity in case some other soul runs afoul. DAD AX32, AX64, Etc, Avid MTRX, MTRX 2, MTRX Studio users will be affected. That being said, I would still love to know the MOL specs on these guys, Mr jsteiger . They sound great on my drum bus. |

This EQ has one of the most usable LPFs. Very gentle but very effective on cymbals.

I've been curious about the BT50 so what a great time to see this thread bumped, cool demo from the first 2016 post. Anybody here have BT50's with CA-0252's?

I have a combo in my pair: GAR1731 and the CA-0252. Not sure where either sits in the scheme(atic) of things, or how that might change things tonally, but so far I'm pleased with the results. Mostly I've been using them on a drum bus and not much yet with tonal stuff. |

I've put CA-0252's in seemingly everything of mine but my 550a's (op amps are soldered in on my pair, tho I do have 4 set aside incase any of those fail) and they've added to everything. I'll just have to get in line for some BT50's of my own to try. |
