Oh boy.. You haven't tried to build an ELCO with solder pins have you? DB25's are 1000X's worse in every which way - reliability, connectivity, and ease of build - than Elco's from my perspective. I always crimp the Elco's and give em a touch of solder after the crimp. Piece of cake. I can do those 10X's faster than DB25's - my most hated connecter. I agree 100% with Mark - no, no there is not any connector worse. Agreed, honestly while not as dense but why not follow the install world and go Phoenix connector? Also I often wonder how many pieces of kit with D-25’s require a space or 2 for venting anyway? Just use 1/4 and build it so we don’t need vent panels!

Except for connecting to 97.6% of all multi channel pro audio interfaces available, dance with the girl you came with we picked for you🤓

I often watch the Redco people doing their thing while I'm there on-site doing electrical work. They have it down to a science and make it look easy. It really is a skill and an art form.

I did get ahold of Chris, cool dude, he’s making me single 19” rack space 12 count db25 plates and a custom aes cable that has only the connections I need without extra danglers, price is totally reasonable👍
