I think North American promo tour was likely good for business but obviously it took precedence and everything else was pushed back 1-2 months minimum.
A production snafu causing delays is one thing, but I think these delays are somewhat different ?
I hope the revised schedule is met.

I hope the revised schedule is met. It's really hard for me to imagine it will be. But it really doesn't stress me out in the slightest, personally. It'll be ready when it's ready. And when it is ready, I'll have to scramble around to gather the funds anyway.

The promo tour was not good for business, a big expense actually, maybe in the long term, who knows The tour did not push back any manufacturing. No need to make assumptions, I am quite transparent with our processes and we are just swamped, orders have increased 5 times this year and we are trying to adapt to the challenge.

I just got an email saying I was in the second batch and that I would be getting mine in Sept. So I guess that means end of 2018 maybe? However, I STILL have never gotten a reply from Stam for either of the emails I've sent asking about getting my pair of 1073eq and the 76adg shipped at the same time to save on shipping costs. I've also inquired twice now about why I am in the second batch of 76adg when I ordered the unit less than two hours after they were announced. Either he sold 100 (apparently 150) units REALLY quick, or a mistake was made. Either way, no answer. We can combine shipment but it will only save 20 dollars and they might not be ready at the same time We sold 350 SA76ADG in the first day, the first batch is 125 pieces (in 6 weeks) thus it is very likely you got into the second batch Thanks

Thx Joshua, good to know: you kind of had to do the tour at some point ! Not exactly an assumption, think of it for our perspective, you release the marketing for a bunch of products, then go off on the tour and then product delivery is delayed But I do understand as demand grows, if capacity doesn't keep step delivery suffers. Building a business is never easy and I think we do understand and are supportive. Hang in there !

Yeah, it's definitely a great idea: One of those ideas where I was immediately thinking to myself, "why hasn't anyone else ever tried that before?" I'm looking forward to it for sure.

Hi everyone, Thank you all for the support. Just stopping by to say that the batch has been postponed to start shipping in September. Meaning that it's now NOT going to ship in September? If so, when?

I thought the first batch was to ship in July, then they pushed it 2 months to September ?
So, the first batch ships in September ?

Hi everyone, Thank you all for the support. Just stopping by to say that the batch has been postponed to start shipping in September. Less than a week ago in another thread, Josh said in 2 months everything would be in stock and new orders would ship in two days. Ah... Good times.

Now that he's admitting September, I'd like to adjust my prognostication from 5/15. This prediction hurts, but I'm now going with early November. Mind you, I'm not saying I'm upset about it, I'm just being realistic. I think it'll be fantastic when it arrives, I just don't think it will arrive before November. Just quoting my own revised prediction. Heh heh - the bathtub is flowing this way, boys! But yes, the statement is confusing.

“to start shipping in September” Guess, I am being slow, but why don’t peeps think this means first batch ships in September ? The most recent timeline we've seen for the ADG had it coming out in September. Him stopping by to post that it's been postponed seems like he's talking about a new delay. It could be that he meant to say that the September batch is postponed. All speculation. Hope it's what you're saying and the current story is still that we'll see them in September.

I think that was only about his 67 microphone ? Nope, he said "everything will be in stock perpetually." Here's a screen grab of the exchange:

I ordered both a 1073EQ and a 76ADG, and when I saw an updated ship dates post on a Stam FB page (July 22nd) say September shipping expected for both units, I then sent Stam Audio an email asking if both are indeed ready to ship in September, could they be shipped to me together instead of separately. On Tuesday of last week (July 24th) Miguel answered by email saying >
" Yes, we can combine shipping to save costs. Both are looking to start shipping in September so it would not be inconvenient."
So my take is as of now they are still planning September Shipping on those units.

No doubt, the future will unfold, etc., etc., but either the first shipment of adg comps ships in September or they won’t. I think we were told they were , but perhaps I am wrong: time will tell:)

I sent two emails asking this EXACT question and never got an answer, but then Josh responded to a post I had made on GS about this question and said that it would NOT be possible to ship them together for some or other reason that didn't quite make sense. Hmmm... Now I'm confused about what may be possible on shipping.

I think I remember seeing that Quint, but can't remember how long ago that was. I could be wrong but I get the sense that Stam may have added more staff recently as there seemed be a shift over the last month from Josh handling emails he had trouble keeping up with previously, to now a Miguel from Stam Audio handling emails. I've also seen different email addresses for them than earlier this year that I've tried. In one Stam auto response email I received it said "Any questions regarding delivery dates and orders have to be addressed to info@stamaudio.com" That email address above was the one Miguel from Stam audio replied to me about my shipping question, about 4 days after I sent them an inquiry. I think the different answers we received are related to when we asked since we know their ETA for some products are subject to change. I'm guessing that when we are notified to pay the balance on a order because an item or more is ready to ship, is when we'll find out the final answer to our question
