stam just noticed. . . the invoices I paid were for 1073EQs. DAMMMIT . . . I need all payments applied against the 76ADGs and need them soon!! PLEASE I am trying to do the same thing, put my down payment from my 1073EQ’s to the ADG. I haven’t heard anything back yet from Stam. Hopefully, I hear something soon. Josh got back to me, that was fast. 👍🏻

While the stories of quick pre-sales emails, order taking and re-application of funds sent really do warm my heart. I emailed Stam a week ago (11/26) asking to cancel my order and get a refund. I heard nothing til Wednesday when I got a one line email from Miguel "Have you received the refund yet? let me know" - I emailed him minutes later and have heard nothing since and have not gotten my refund. Hello Please email me at stamaudio@gmail.com for the refund Miguel is no longer working as customer support Thanks!

Weird, I never recieved an installment invoice for my ADG order. Umm... so is this not first come first serve? How do you mean? I was in the first 100 orders . . . do you think you lost your place in the queue?

I think they are still working the bugs out of comms, but personally I have had very quick responses to emails to Joshua and Camila over the last 2 weeks.

Maybe I read the post wrong, I screw up many times a day. I just wanted to confirm paying in advance in full for your order has no bearing on when your order ships, that it is the order the deposists were placed is the order they ship.

Well we have been told recently they will ship this month but I have thought that meant very late, that they get caught up in xmas mail and we maybe get them late January ?

Well we have been told recently they will ship this month but I have thought that meant very late, that they get caught up in xmas mail and we maybe get them late January ? Last I heard Josh was hoping to get through all the other stuff so he could start working on the ADGs and hoping that process got underway in December? Shit I’d love to be wrong.

Not to crush any hopes, but exactly one week ago I was supposed to receive a tracking number "TODAY" for a SA2A that was supposedly ready "next week" exactly three months ago. And that's for a product that actually exists.

So, Josh just posted this on the other forum:
"We lost all emails last Friday while migrating to a new server I would advice to re send as it will take us a few weeks to reconstruct everything We had over 500 emails to respond too and this has complicated things further but we will sort it out ASAP"
That does not sound good, and has me a bit worried. Sounds like all email history, PayPal receipts, inquiries, verification of orders placed, which batch you're in, etc are all gone.
I'm hoping he was using a spreadsheet or something to keep track of orders placed.

PP receipts are in PP so that is documented and sets payment amount and dates.

Well, If I found the thread elsewhere that was mentioned here that indicates lost emails, it also mentions timeline updates for the ADG’s... and the update is not Dec 2018.. facepalm.
