Just bought one of these, being delivered tomorrow! That looks like something that Pete Townshend would be happy to play! Haha. I once knew a bar guy that got one of these for free and didn't appreciate it. I sort of didn't appreciate him because of it. I would love an ash bodied strat to play with.

Just bought one of these, being delivered tomorrow! That requires details!! It's a 2016 Elite Strat in Aged Cherry Burst. They've done quite a few crazy little changes to the older Deluxe models. They are currently moving from Rosewood to Ebony and Pau Ferro fingerboards on all production models, so I think this will be one of the last with Rosewood. Should be arriving today, can't wait, Deluxe Reverb is warming up and will post more pics later!

Gates SA-39 input transformer, an interstage transformer suitable for an RCA 86-A or UA 176, an RCA meatball badge to go back on something that had been robbed of one. Couple more custom connector panels for some tube consoles.

Got my 269 back from Shannon. Had the capsule reskinned initially and it needed a tuning. Pinched upper mids.
Picked up an e602 for kick, as well as a 633a, gefell mv691, mv740 m94, m70, and an m71.

Just bought one of these, being delivered tomorrow! That's a very unusual looking Telecaster. What is it, exactly?

I talked to Ashdown, the CTM-30 is the same amp as the Little Bastard, just with a different name and look because they had trouble marketing the amp in the states.
I also orded a Rootmaster 112 cabinet...which again after talking with Ashdown is the same as the 20th Anniversary CTM 112 cabinet, except for the covering.

Ahh, shit. Misread. How's it sound? I've been super curious about the LB for years. The blew them out at MF and I was too late to pull the trigger because I called instead of buying online.

Finally arrived this morning, been playing it ever since, never had a Strat before, really different from a Tele. Kinda has built in reverb, with those whammy springs...

Honestly not sure. I don't have the cabinet yet, I just ordered one new from Sweetwater this morning. Don't think I've bought a "new" piece of gear in a couple years, but there weren't any used cabinets that caught my attention locally. I paid $300 for the head locally off Craigslist. I think the 1x12" will work well for the studio and rehearsal, not sure how it'll stack up live for small gigs but seems like most places want you to use the house bass rig anyways...I just didn't want anything that would break my back.

I have a pair of Aggy DB112's. 42lbs each. Can carry one in each hand. Fit in the car. Great little cabs. Looking forward to hearing about the head.

My remarks were equal parts facetious, sarcastic and douche-nozzle. LOL SORRY!! And you're right about the built-in reverb.

Yes, couldn't quite figure out if you were being serious, or not... Indeed, I can imagine they feedback a lot quicker at high volumes with those springs so close to the electrics/pickups etc. I've been AMAZED how different it sounds and feels to my (admittedly very non-standard) Tele. I was looking for more tonal versatility and have definitely found it. Shall spend the next few days setting it up and getting to know it properly. The S1 switching thing is great, five more tones! Been ten years since I last bought an electric so very happy!!!

I've never had a problem with my strats feeding back, or my PRS, but I do love the tones.
