Picked up a Guild D212 12 string at a good price, although it needs some work. But, cheap enough to justify it. I mean, all 40 year old acoustics need work, right 😆 Almost all 40 year old guitars and 40 year old guitarist need some kind of work done😁 Yes - like neck issues, structural problems, back stresses, etc. |

Hahahahaha! Yes they test perfectly. The 2 on the left are NOS and the 2 on the right are matched and came out of a Neumann SM2

Road trip to London last week to audition monitors, and pulled the trigger on a pair of APS Klasik 2020s. There's only one distributor in the UK, so had to wait until today to get them shipped from Poland>Milan>UK. First impressions: revealing, astonishing clarity and tight bottom end. Going to spend the weekend relistening to tracks like I'm hearing them for the first time!

Bought a Little Labs Redcloud to use with our pair of API 3124+
I *think* somewhere I have a pair of DB25 to TT snakes so I'll be able to easily patch in and out until I figure out where to put another patch bay in the studio...

Does what I hoped. Sounds good, is simple to setup and is the best small portable unit I've come across.
Only negative to me is that the Headphone amp could have a bit more juice.
