I've got an EV RE-11 on the way. I decided I had to hear firsthand what all the 10/11/15/16 love/hate is about. Try it pointed at a drum set from a few feet away, brilliant! That's what I'm using right now.

Based on my most recent experience, I disagree. This so much needs a that’s what she said😭 That's such a great "straight line" (literally and figuratively!), for many one liners. But most I thought of, exceed the PG rated Mason-Dixon line of polite posting! I'll just say "beware of fallout" for now.

I used a Memorial Day coupon and picked up an Apollo X4. It interfaced easily via optical ADAT to my Symphony MKII so I can use the preamps in the X4 and I also have 8 channels of preamps and other hardware running through the Symphony and back into the x4. I'm impressed with the X4 so far and really love working in Luna. I think I finally found my replacement for Pro Tools. Anything I can't do in Luna, like use Revoice Pro, I just export the files and do my edits in Studio One then import back into Luna. So far I'm not missing much.

Boss Katana MK II 100W head! In the house.
As well as the SE SE1A microphone, and a Seymour Duncan Woody HC acoustic guitar humbucking pickup.
Got a bunch of shockmounts too. And the K Custom Hybrid crash cymbal. Time to have some fun.

I’m not a big pedal guy but just picked up a Ramblefx Twinbender. Essentially a Sola Sounds tonebender clone of both the version 1.5 and version 2 under one roof and a couple other little tweak able things. Not sure how much use it will get, but if I need to queue the angry bees, now I can.
Cheers, Geoff

Bought a towel Rack so I could start my hanging tree of assorted Leads. I have limited space and cant deface the walls so other then setting up an entire wall of leads I am changing to a more compact system. Got sick of pulling them out of a box and untangling. What are you guys using that have limited spaces?

Glad we could brighten someone's day .

I use wall hooks, don't know what to call them. Like for hats or something. Did a whole array of them behind the entry door, cables live there mostly, none on the floor. Room is very small.

Ha! Thanks, brother. It’s just to keep track of how many (or how few) miles I’ve done. If I had one of them new-fangled computer wristwatches, I suppose I wouldn’t need the phone holder.

Oops. Just ordered another pedal. Boonar Binson Echorec in a pedal sized box.
So that’s two pedals in two weeks. Or two pedals in about fifteen years.
Looks like I’ll get a tax return this year. If dogears does his Sie eq in rack mount format I may have to jump on that. Or likewise with Audioscape and his LA-3. Or maybe another Daking Fet II.
Then I’m done.
Cheers, Geoff
