Read your story and came over from GS. No loss for me. Always been much too much audio myth babble there and too much people arguing far away from physical reality for me to participate really...

Yeah the reason I posted on the Apollo thread is there are some real deal music makers who hang out there. I'd be fine with keeping this board on the DL for awhile. Be a refreshing break from a lot of the bullshit we all have to put up with on GS. Trolls mainly. Can't stand that.

I was in the thick of that, he was just stonewalling everyone who said anything that he didn't see fit??, most guys had no idea what was going on, and were just wondering what happened to John when they saw BANNED under his name?, no ones intent was to cause trouble, except lindell. |

I am sorry to hear of your troubles with GS. I have read with much interest and respect your contributions to that forum.
I am, however, glad that you have started this new forum free from the inconsistent, petty and tyrannical behaviour of some of the mods on GS. In recent years it has really been getting out of hand. Idiots with "power".

Reminds me of the diaspora of the old TechTalk forum from recording.org to GroupDIY by kind help of prodigy-pro back in time.....
Admin "out of control", blocking people from their PNs, trying to "blackmail" paid memberships from one day to the other, hiding the complete subforum ("those posts are mine"), crazy shit, LOL.
Sometimes new places have to be found to come back to the original topics - away from ego trips and businesses of a few taking over control.
Administration and moderation: Less is more. Most of the time.
