We've all been seeing these threads since Stam started. I wonder why they are ALWAYS trying to release something new, while supposed 'stock' items can't be delivered in a timely fashion. It feels like the classic case of biting off more than one can chew.
When Dave Derr did a guest mod thing in Purpleland, I asked how a company could survive as long as they did with ONE product. He said that they moved a ton of units and that they focused on making them available.

I would love if the marketing around it was small batch and listed when physical units are available. They would absolutely sell out every time, dude does make a great product

Im not buying from them again. It was pretty frustrating to see constant announcements for new pieces of gear or revisions of gear constantly. But nothing on the unit I was waiting for. Hell I think I only got mine because in every "new gear Stam" thread I would just go in and be like "Wow! Still waiting for mine for..oh look at that 2 years!"..then 2.5 years...then 3...then 3.5...then 4.

How can a company not complete an order in 4 years - it’s beyond comprehension.

All other clients cancelled their 660's as I am only getting around to making them this year in small numbers. I think it would have been much healthier to cancel your deposit and get one once it was ready. I would have kept the low intro price for you regardless of cancelling or not as I did for the rest of clients. I hope you are enjoying the 660

Attachment DeletedCan’t change the past, but after reading this thread, I noted Stam advertising this today as “in stock”.
