Some here asked for a separate thread for this new plugin, so here it is. I'd love to hear feedback, especially from those with years of reverb use, both plugins and hardware. There's a free trial, albeit with the annoying 45 second drop out. Youtube reviews are scarce and pretty bad, so they're no help. Here's the LINK. |

I still stand by my initial thought of enjoying it on rooms and thus frees up the Bricasti for other duties. I've never used any QUANTEC hardware so can't compare but I like this plugin.

Just snagged the Savant after receiving an email that the half off intro sale ends in 3 days. I dig both their reverbs, I still agree with my previous statement that both have freed the Bricasti from drum and some various room duties so I can use it elsewhere.

Man I’ve been looking for a room reverb that sells my ears forever.
I probably just suck at reverb, but I can’t ever quite seem to get what I’m after.

Any new thoughts? Might be the only temptation this year. I've got their other one already, but this one's different. But do I really NEED another reverb plugin?

@misterchase reminded me of this. I actually had the V1 of this as a demo...just demoed the Room and Hall sims...
So - the 2772 seems like it's basically one hall sound that you tweak? Gotta say, it sounds pretty great. In fact, I'm comparing it on a lead vocal (not really apples to apples) but I think I actually like what it's doing more than my usual suspects.
I thought the Room sim was the Quantec Yard stick? I guess not. Anyway - gonna have to really check that one out too.

How often do they go on sale? They definitely go on sale late November/December. I can't remember for sure, but I think they may have at least one more sale during the year? Summer, probably... |
