Boy oh boy, sounds great! Fingers crossed that I'm one of those...but definitely excited for whoever these lucky 20 are! I’m hoping we can build more than 20, but it all comes down to how many transformers we receive. Brad Oh yeah, totally get it. If I may ask, what transformers by whom are you using/waiting on? |

The suppliers we work are good people and are doing the best they can under difficult circumstances. So I’d prefer to keep those details private and just continue saying my prayers to the transformer gods. Brad |

Did anyone here on RGO submit a SB mk2 pre-order in late September? Just curious who might be getting close to getting one… Brad Placed my pre-order on Sep 24! Hope to get my hands on it soon! Have a Mr Focus RGB with Pentode and Pulse modules and love that on vocals so looking forward to using the SB mk2! |

FWIW, I love my SB Mk1 more than ever. If the Mk2 puts some originals on the street, don’t hesitate to pick one up if it fits your workflow. Mine is on a permanent insert on the Logic stereo bus. And, I track guitars with it. Great preamps! So many things to like…

My Silver Bullet MkII arrived yesterday!! I have been in love with my original from the minute I got it - so I am super excited. Couldn't get it hooked up last night because coaching duties and my patchbay is a royal PITA - but should be good to go tonight hopefully.
Quick question for those in the know. I never used the insert on the MkI because I just didn't feel like messing with breakout cables. But I am planning on putting my Audioscape buss comp on the insert of the MKII. Since there is a button on the front that lets you easily switch the insert in and out - why would I leave the jumpers in the default position? Which makes the insert always out of track and mic modes. Seems like you would want the option of switching the insert in on all modes - right? Hopefully this makes sense to someone. I'd rather get the jumpers set before I rack it. Thanks.

Any UK owners of Silver Bullet Mk2? I'm trying to calculate what the overall cost would be after shipping, duty and the various additional handling charges that get slapped on getting the unit to the UK doorstep.

Works here in Canada, i purchased recording under my business name and can import it myself, no hidden brokerage/admin fees from shipper and pay much less duties and taxes.
I don’t know uk rules, but Canada’s regulatory systems were largely modelled at least initially on Uk’s, so if you have a business number (i understand op doesn’t), might be worth checking out.
