I need to vent a little: Referring to line level signal processing as “re-amping” gives me hives. I blame the internet. And I’m usually a pretty chill guy. That is all. Except to say I really want a SB MK2. I'll add to that - calling any signal exiting your DAW as "stems". LOL. Crazy!!! It’s because they are all attached to pretty flowers 🥸 |

I avoided the first round FOMO but put my name on the list for a 2022 batch. Maybe by then I can convince Brad to do a Void Corp faceplate so it matches my Mk1... ha! In all seriousness it'll be nice to have the extra EQ points and a place for the stray colour modules that don't have a home. Also interested in this rumored tube comp. |

Ummm… ok…. The MkII is sick!!!!!! Like good sick  Brad was kind enough to send me his personal prototype. For me this will be an instant purchase. What a beauty! Sounds amazing! Definitely a keeper. Stacks up to the original and then takes it up a notch. Almost identical on matched settings, but tighter, clearer bottom end by just a hair, and then the added options are absolutely killer!!! (Added mojo slot w Hitmaker, balanced insert with switch to engage the insert on or off, added EQ points and aspect ratio). And that aspect ratio (aka widening)... just wow…. Subtle but WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Haha!! Nice Darren! Glad I'm not the only one drooling and giggling for no apparent reason anymore. Soon, there will be dozens of us. Then hundreds.....then thousands!!! Look forward to hearing it on your new album!! Will most certainly go to #1 with mk2 on it!! LOL. (fingers crossed!)

I would say the former, because I'm on the pre-order list, but haven't received an email to actually order and pay for it yet. @bradm will answer better than I though! |

If you want a mk2, your best bet is to "get on the list". All current SB's are spoken for, and there is a fairly long list, although we are making good progress!! Corona production and parts delays seem to be clearing up a bit

Supply & Demand for sure. Plus, the mk1 will go down as a classic. I've already had people interested in buying the original prototypes that I have for big $$$$.00. . Not gonna happen until I give up working though..... |

I just got the mk2 but have not had a chance to use it yet. I was planning on selling my mk1 but I started applying it to a soft piano track - and now I am not sure I can take it off!

Try the exact settings on the mk2. Should be extremely close. Still...there are a BUNCH of folks keeping their mk1's and buying mk2;s. |
