I’ve never heard anything but positives about audioscape. Just saying AudioScape (who I love) is small enough that I’m not sure they even have any former employees, much less former employees starting their own competing brands and posting on social media about it.

This whole thread strikes me as a little unusual: given certain contexts.

Heresay, unsubstantiated accusations, gossip and now innuendo, thank goodness the new year starts tomorrow: new leaves anyone ?

Links or it never happened.... Beyond inexpensive Chinese builds and poor QC, I've never heard any bad stuff about Warm.

Let me guess who that former employee of Warm Audio might be. Hmmmm....

I look at it kind of like the guitar market. Companies like Warm are like a Mexican Fender or Epiphone, companies like Audioscape are like a boutique small builder, and then vintage stuff is much like vintage guitars, nice and collectible but out of the price range for the average working class engineer (like me).

It is nice to have great options at different price points!

I've never heard anything negative about Warm. It sounds to me like a disgruntled employee.

I will try for a metered response. I have one ordered, David at Cinemag knows his ways around transformers and the ssl g comp isn’t a complicated circuit. I am interested to see how it complements my Audioscape G comp. I really like SSL comps and 1176 comps !

Late to the party this time. Way, waaaaay late. Not really, Warm has done a pretty good job of supporting their dealers. We sometimes forget there are bunch of people who still buy exclusively through their local dealer and Bryce has done a decent job of signing up dealers. I know the guys down the street can’t keep Warm stuff in stock.

I'm sure the dealers that carry them also carry about a dozen or so other SSL Buss Comp clones. I don't think I have enough fingers to count all of them. Maybe if I use my toes too....

They’ll hit a price point and (more importantly) be able to keep up reliable volumes that the other guys can’t.

I think the Warm has some added hpf and ratio points.
Personally, I like having different ssl flavours and price points.
They released a new DI box also with Cinemag metal inside.
