So since nobody has sued Uli for awhile they found a new use for all those lawyers?
They didn’t copy the Ebtech, I know that for a fact ! Because you can drop an Ebtech and it still works I buy Behringers 3 at a time so I have one that functions.

I think Behringer and Monster Cable have been talking, seeing that Monstercable sues everyone who uses the word "monster" or makes A/V cables of any sort.

The intent, it would appear, is to sue any and all detractors into oblivion.
Legal bills alone can take down the party in the right. I'd make some sort of references to blood-sucking leeches and shysters now but I might face a legal challenge from some sort of legal association.

I think everyone in the audio community owes Dave Smith a huge thank you and support for taking the hit financially on this one.
This is a Company who has done things the right way and I’m sure that pisses Uli off as much as the world acknowledging that his head of R&D is a Xerox machine.

All of those people associated with the purple site, are full blown losers. They are not successful professionals in ANYTHING. Thus the reliance on fleecing a chat room full of 18 year olds. If you were to meet some of them in real life you would be like "WTF?" Take a look at my Avatar and you will get the point... Not ALL . . . there are many many good guys there. And many of us came from over there, seeking a promised land and finding Canaan in RGO. (no Johnkenn, you can't use that line in a lyric) There are plenty of real professionals there too. . . role models to many of us, even idols to some. But I understand why you would type such a thing in frustration. |

Wouldn't it be cool if there could be an effective "Boycott Behringer Until They Reimburse Dave Smith $100,000" campaign? It wouldn't have to be site sanctioned.. Could be as simple as just making the post - and folks just keep bumping it to the top. Even noobs who are researching their first purchases would probably run into it.
