LiquidSonics Seventh Heaven is 60% off right now. $179 versus $299.
I'm still on the fence about whether I need this. I already have so many great reverbs. But it is a good price.

If you do get it, all your other reverbs will start collecting digital dust... It's so good it's almost like cheating! Watch a few Bricasti demos, and then think that this plugin gets you about 90% there.

I don't know how they do it but those guys give ridiculously good deals. They undercut everybody.

Relab has their 480L and TC 6000 verbs in sale individually and in bundles. I'm tempted. The discounts are deep for the bundle compared to what there 480L cost just a couple of years ago.

So I have a multipart question pertaining to these discounts and the Apollo. Not necessarily addressed to anybody in particular, though I know some of you have taken advantage of the Apollo Satellite promo in the past. 1. I'm assuming that any discount (no matter how large) you receive on a new Apollo has no bearing on your eligibility to receive a free Satellite through the current promo going on right now, right? 2. I assume that the current UA Satellite promo does NOT apply to B-stock Apollos, right? Or does it? 3. As it pertains to this particular ProAudioStar 20% deal, I believe it's 20% off of your next purchase, not off of your first purchase. 4. That being said, I wonder, were someone to spend $50 on a plugin or something and then get a discount code for 20% off of their next purchase, would it matter if their next purchase was $2500? Is there a minimum amount you have to spend to get the discount? Is the 20% discount only applicable to purchases of equal or greater value as the previous purchase? Can the 20% discount be applied in addition to other discounts?

I'd check with UA Cs to ask if the B stock qualifies.
Think you need to ask Proaudiostar that second question?

Not sure if this is what you're referring to but ProAudioStar lists items as B-Stock so that they can advertise items for less than MAP. Its a loop hole they (and others) have exploited for a while. So most of their products are not actually B-Stock. I say "most" because it is likely that they do actually have a few open box/B-stock items that are legitimately B Stock.

8th St Music is doing 20% off everything they sell. I’ve never purchased from them before, but it’s a decent price leverage if you want to go with proaudiostar or sweetwater

When the bf apollo had the problem with the new hiz input UA replaced al those units and a while later proaudiostar was selling a whole lot of fully functional B stock apollo's; all bfs, but with full factory warranty: go figure

So great sound and price but open back so not good for tracking would be the only drawback ? Many have no problem with open back for tracking, it's more a personal thing!

I track with my 650s all the time, the thing to watch out for is headphone bleed from the click, particularly on basic tracks. The same is true of those popular AKG K series headphones, whatever the ubiquitous black and gold model is— had some click bleed issues with them last week but we worked around it (muting the click on the last measure etc.)

I’ve had that many times where you ask about something on Reverb or whatever and they say “well, we don’t have that open box one but we’ll sell you a new one at that price” And as far as UA is concerned, I’m pretty sure it’s just that you get the deal when you register any new Apollo. I don’t think they know or care where you bought it.

And here I was expecting a deal on Capacitors, not that I need or can afford at the moment!
