Fun fact: In Australia the numbers of death due to spiders is 0 in nearly all years, in America around 5. Less common than beeing struck by lightning. :-) Yeah but only in OZ will you find a guy who got his dick bit by a spider Twice!

I guess Huntsman don't use compression, they like wideners.

Looks more like a giant crab. 10 minutes in boiling water should do it, maybe less. Try it with clarified lemon butter and baguette. If it tastes like it looks, magnifique! That's what we most probably would do here in Northern Europe. Just saying.

Just got an email about a "national tax system" going on strike and my shipping is on hold. Early October weather delays, Customs strikes in mid October and now this.

Damn it Paid $485 dollars yesterday... Scraped it up from many couches, loveseats, and recliners and have been waiting for my tracking number since... Please don't let this keep happening to us... I know this is not Stam's fault... Is there any other parcel service in Chile? IDK, if I knew I had to send this many comps worldwide I would be trying to broker a cheaper bulk shipment process from day one. I understand Chile is a different country, and may not have another parcel service. If not then there is no other company that can overwork or undercut another company to win the sale/ job

Hi Guys State workers have been on strike for the past 2 weeks, you can read about it here: www.freshfruitportal.com/news/2016/11/08/chilean-customs-worker-strike-continues/The problem is that all state institutions, including customs have been striking and it has been extended way longer than other years, this literally happens one week every year. The good things is that units were going out, the problem was getting things in, I got lucky and managed to get parts and finish all units due to an inside contact. The problem now is that the national tax system, which has to stamp every export invoice has gone on strike as well. I have about 50 units ready at the post office, they have even been processed but with out the stamp they can't leave, so shipments are being held but have been processed and paid for. I hope we can return to normal in less than 48 hours, this is really frustrating. Joshua

Yea these are all things out of your control, and you've been giving us updates as often as you can. Having dealt with the company most notorious for delays and poor communication (Ross Martin) this experience has been worlds different.
I think all customers want is to not be left in the dark, at our heart we're just an enthusiastic bunch and that makes us impatient, but if a piece of gear is great then what's another week or two wait? Ill have the rest of my life to enjoy it!

This reminds me of how you can do everything right and still get bitten on the ass. Many years ago I thought I had done the impossible for a very good client, I got Sony Japan to overnight a Betacam from Japan. I had gotten all my ducks in a row with Sony US then Sony Japan, Walked the order through every stage at our end, confirmed Sony US got it, Confirmed Japan Got it Confirmed Shipment ! Yeah time to go home! , checked the Trakung number before bed! get to work , theirs a problem with the tracking number , call Sony, "Eric you know that FedEx Plane that crashed late last night ? well your Betacam was on it " ! SHIT ! Did I mention it was the last one? Now this was a $15,000 video camera, but here's the fun part pro video, because of places like B&H who would drop their pants, this was going to bring in about 6% profit all that work for next to nothing and I had to call the client and tell him that my miracle was in little pieces. Well of course the Sony direct Broadcast sales guy had a Demo he would sell the client and he got the sale!
