Well, I think it is funny enough to share ...

With that naggy voice in the reverent bathroom, I couldn't listen to the whole video. I never really had to or ever want to work with people like that. The biggest female studio problem I had were the girl friends that sit in the back of the control room and chatter about their hair and make-up while while your trying to do your job and listen during recording. When you turn around and ask them to be quiet or go to the lounge, they're silent for a few minutes and then start back up. Lucky I don't have to deal with that anymore.

I've heard at least 3/4 of those..
Then add bringing their kids without asking..
Begging for discounts because they clearly think that being female and me being male, that their sexuality will entice me to give them a break..
When that doesn't work, begging for discounts by swearing they'll help promote my studio like nobody before them, and then every Instagram/facebook post they make somehow magically avoids any mention of me or my studio as well as avoids any pictures that would identify me or my studio.
Or the worst.. bringing food into the studio that consists of 12 Tupperware containers of food from home that all needs to be heated up and assembled using my kitchen and then the dirty utensils are left in the sink, the smell of the food everywhere, and my carpets covered in crumbs and stains where kiddos were running around with their vegan tacos that Mom warmed up in my kitchen and let the kids run around with food in their hands while she tells me that "they never do this at home!".

Helps to have a nice big pair of mains for that situation. Just throw in some plugs and keep turning it up louder and louder until even when they yell they wouldn’t be able to hear each other. Ushers them out of the room nicely and you don’t even have to ask them to leave!

Hahaha, just remembered a situation when I came into a studio where I was involved into a local newcomer band sampler production. I went into the Studio A recording room and nearly died from the smell of hairspray and flower perfumes. It was a teenager pop band, and they all brought their girl- and boyfriends into the studio. But honestly - this wasn't specifically about "women in the studio". The boys were just as hairsprayed and perfumed if not even worse than the girls. Early nineties. I had to instantly laugh when I saw the helpless face of the producer thru the window to the control room, some of the young people were also sitting there, and they all were excited and over the top, it was somehow grotesque and funny at the same time. I have no clue, how a singer could sing in such a self-produced deadly environment... I had to leave the room after a few minutes gasping for fresh air... :-D
