What brands do you guys like? The back pack I've been using for 16 years is finally calling it quits.
I'm basically hauling around a 15" MacBook Pro, a set of full size headphones, and some cables /dongles, etc.

Mono makes a few nice ones- they are highly padded and can be slightly bulky, but if you don’t mind them they are hard to beat. I’ve got the “producer” bag - I can fit a bunch of mics, cables, hard drives, headphones etc for when I do remote gigs.

I have a nice Prada one. It wasn’t cheap but it’s very good quality.

Last time I needed one I used Trader Joes (double bagged of course). It was free and I saved a tree.

Swiss Gear here. Unless there's salt or brine on the road for overnight frost/black ice, I'm on the motorcycle. And on my back, always, the Swiss Gear backpack. 17" Macbook Pro, Cans, paperwork, ext hd and a thermos of green tea and honey.
