I’m working on my first mix since I got the ADG. The ADG(in A mode) just beat out my usual favorites(Retro 176 & BLA Bluey) on this song for female lead vocal. Very impressed so far!

The Rev A on the ADG is pretty dang hard to beat on vocals. It's really flattering.

You find it more euphonic/colored than the 176? The best way I can describe it is that the ADG fell right in between the 176 and the Bluey on this one. The 176 was a little too polite and the Bluey was a little too rude LOL. |

i almost always use the rev A when tracking with the pepper settings doing 2-3 db of GR. anyone using it during mixing? i almost never.

Starting to get really curious about this beauty!
What about everyone who made the order back in 2018, have you all received it? Now it has been 3 years and 4 months since I made my first deposit and have not received it yet. Got all the other things SA-47, SA-609 that sound like a dream. But the first order (SA-76ADG) has still not appeared. Hopefully for Christmas at least 🙃

After reading this thread and googling the ADG I bought one from gear4music, they had 6 in stock yesterday, 4 today, or rather 3 after I bought one. Price was lower than the current preorder price and delivery is on Tuesday! Wierd feeling to not have to wait years for Stam gear! Looking forward to trying it on vocals!

Current wait time for an ADG (or ADF has it's called now) is 7 to 8 weeks, I believe this coming batch has a few spots left. We have other cool 1176's coming out in a couple of months which we will be selling in stock only with next day shipping. A big step forward for us.
