I got a notification that I am in the July batch but I ordered a second unit the next day and now I am not sure if that one is in the next batch.
This concerns me a bit because the intent was to have a stereo pair. If there are changes between the batches they won't match.

Why would you think there might be changes as Josh indicating that he was just extending the initial low price early adopter end date, not changing the build ? |

I’ve never been to Chile but based on the regularity that Stam misses deadlines by weeks/months I’m starting to suspect they may use a different calendar than the rest of us  Aztec: designed by space 👽!! |

I was told 8 weeks 2 weeks ago so that lines up with what JK heard. Can't wait to check this thing out. I'm already wishing I ordered a pair and the first one isn't even here yet haha.

I ordered one in late June about 10 days ago and Joshua told me in a email then/around June 24th, that I could expect the 76ADG in September FWIW

I understand if you are frustrated but maybe take the weekend to reconsider, as if he gets these right, they are going to be very nice compressors. If you wait, you’ll get your order, try it, if you are unhappy can likely sell for more than you paid ?

PART ONE Superwack - this is how i see How Stam operates. A delivery date is a rough guide. Well in so e cases its not a guide at all. But his business model is i will make you a cool high qulaity product But i will get it out to you when i can. So you just have to come with the mindset that i dont need to use this product anytime soon butit would begreat to have some time in the future. So th emoney you pay sort of has to be spare cash thay you womt miss for about 6-12 months.
Now i am not that this business model is a great model but in its current form thats the way it is.
He does offer a full refund if you change your mind and that might take a week or two from some reports but i have not seen any indication that eventually he has not resolved an issue.

Ya, I hear you but as we've been on the site a while I csn’t Imagine we are surprised the dates slipped : that is not an I told you so, as I didn’t! I think josh mentioned the one month delay on this site in another thread, so that honestly met my expectations. I expected at least a 3 month delay and kind of welcomed it as I need to save up the dough. But logistics and comms improvements aside, the 76 is such a great comp and to have the a,d and g in one well constructed and specced unit at this price, is really great. Not making excuses, but I honestly think you’ll be really happy with the unit, once you get it ! |

Now that he's admitting September, I'd like to adjust my prognostication from 5/15. This prediction hurts, but I'm now going with early November. Mind you, I'm not saying I'm upset about it, I'm just being realistic. I think it'll be fantastic when it arrives, I just don't think it will arrive before November.
