I was bummed about that thread going South too. When I see members that have been on for years getting banned all at once and threads becoming hard to find, I know something's up. I just remember that any forum is private property and can ultimately be manipulated however the owner decides. I visit each forum with that in mind.
Glad to have another place to visit as well.

Also, just to be a bit of a voice of reason, it seems like the High End forum on GS actually has been cleaned up/moderated much better in the past couple weeks. I know that when I saw the CAPI thread the first time, I thought that it should have been in So Much Gear rather than High End, just because of the price point. Anyway, it seems like many of the threads in high end that don't belong are being moved. Just my two cents.

Yes, well stuff happens over there for no apparent reason... certain of the staff are very much like a sack of washing materials, but there are a bunch of mods and the majority of members who are the coolest people in the biz... and it's great to see a few of them here too!

I was inviting people through PM to check out this forum and someone told on me and so they banned me for a year . But I don't know , after a year I don't think I'll wanna give up my "Banned From GS Club" leather jacket ......... We'll see . This forum is good enough for me . I don't miss GS one bit and I think in a year I still won't . Prodigy and Real Gear is all I care about . |
