Does anyone have experience with and a recommendation for a company that can do:
- Schematic to PCB layout - PCB manufacturing (<100 parts)?
Thanks.

I've not dealt with someone who can do both, but I can say that they usually charge a premium for small turnkey batches since it's going to be all hand assembly for anything less than a few hundred pieces.

I’m not looking for them to populate the boards, if that’s what you mean by hand assembly.
I’ve found several who will manufacture PCBs but I’m not sure about how to go from schematic to PCB layout. Got any leads on the first?

Got any leads on the first? I would, but I'm swamped currently. I could ask around. For the PCBs, I've found nobody better than PCBway.com. Ridiculously cheap for the quality you get.

What kind of circuit are we talking about here?
I'm pretty swamped myself, but depending on the type of circuit I might could help with the layout. You can PM me and just show me the schematic, honestly that would tell me whether I have enough time or not.

I’m going to try to muddle through Eagle or EasyEDA. Thanks guys. Again, layout can be critical. Often the difference between a device that kinda works but has weird problems (or even doesn't work at all) and a great device is layout. The reason for this is that layyout poroblems will cause capacitiove and/or inductive coupling between adjacent lands or traces. This creates "phantom" components that result in feedback and/or oscillation. There's no physical connection but there's an electronic connection. Believe me, I know this from experience. This is why it's important to have a real human being with experience in audio layouts working with you. If somebody with experience in this area offers to help I would take him up on it, especially if you're planning on having 100 boards run off for a potential product. Note that I am not volunteering, layout design is not one of my areas of expertise. But if I was developing a project, DIY or otherwise, I would be looking for somebody to help with this before committing to having boards made.

I believe you John. I'm planning on having 5 run off for my own entertainment.
