I couldn’t get my rode ntv working with an AA-47 cap. Rode CS (Tristan) sent me a wiring shot and then I realized the AA-47 cap red is ground - and blue is hot+?
Not certain, if I have an AA cap that is just wired oddly, but wouldn’t you think red is hot and blue is ground: is it just me ?
Anyway, Ntv is working fine, also with a sweet nos tube from Bowie. it’s clear, bordering on crisp but the nos tube gives it more warmth and body: nice combo!
Never gone wrong with a Bowie tube yet !
