Pretty much the same price as the rack version.
I spared 2 slots in my lunchbox for a pair of eq's for mixbus duties. This will prob get it.
Was hoping for $1000 for the pair

Don't know much about the Clariphonic, but isn't it just for upper mids and top? I would want an EQ on the 2 bus I could play with the bottom too...

Thats why I think the hardware would be even better. agree that some bottom end would be great too. |

Yeah from approximatly 800hz on up if I remember correctly. All parallel so that adds to the flavour. Very smooth for what it does imo. I have the software btw. |

jeff's LC53 is surprisingly smooth and unnoticeable when used on a 2-track, especially when you start cranking it to the extreme gain settings. check it out if you own a pair of them sometime just for fun!
