I can't find this anywhere...I'm thinking I might have put a wav file of a tune in there and eaten up my space on the free level...I'm not paying for another monthly freaking subscription...but surely, I can't fit more than 50 mp3s on there.

If you allow people to download they can download the original file quality you upload ... SoundCloud converts to 128kbp/s mp3 upon streaming playback ... you can upload 24-96 it will stream back MP3.... you only get 180 minutes for free so I always put up snippets 😎

You can check your file format using File Type Advisor ( www.filetypeadvisor.com/). This program allows to find out not only the detailed information of the file, but also a software that can open or convert it. File Type Advisor always helps me when Windows can't open my file. I hope it will be helpful for you too.
