Anyone use these before? I'm looking at grabbing a 4 channel Nightpro version.

I have the Maag EQ4 plugin from Plugin Alliance, but am looking at the 4 channel preamp. I'm under the impression that they're fast and the air band might be nice to have. I think they might have transformers too, but I'm not sure.

I'm meeting up with the guy tomorrow to test it out and make the deal. We'll see how it goes.

Welp. Done deal. Nightpro PreQ3 is in my hands. 4 channel version. The Nightpro version also offers line in capabilities which the new Maag PreQ4 doesn't offer. I just slapped this across my 2 buss and added some air. Sounds killer. Really psyched.

Been on my 2bus many a mix. Room mics, overheads, acoustics, vocals with sm7...even bass di and amp. Tracking and mixing. I love em. Never used the night pro. I'll probably buy a pair of the eq2. The air band and sub bands are, dare I say it...magic.

Gonna try to take that off his hands too.
