I designed my web site over 15 years ago, using lowest common denominator approach (no animation, any browser, etc). Today, its very old and ugly and doesn't format well on phones. Can anyone offer recommendations on web site hosting with templates or simply good templates for a studio site? I can do the design and tweaking, but wondering if there is a more direct route than digging into some current design tools and retooling everything myself. I do have my own domain and shared server space with GoDaddy. Any suggestions?

Look into Wordpress. I paid somebody to do mine and then realized he basically just used a wordpress template. Just looking into Wordpress,it seems to be the most variety of templates I've seen.

Squarespace. Of all the template type providers, their sites look the sleekest and most modern.
