Anyone done this? What's the process? Pay $25 to iLok and some fee to Slate right? Anyone know the fee?

I may be wrong, but I am under the impression that Slate's EULA states that they forbid re-selling their plugins.

I sold my slate Fgx earlier this year and was charged a small fee. Can't remember amount. Less than $25.
