I think an LA-3A for guitar and synth duties would really round out the everything bundle.

And whilst a real LA3a (or 4) is the bomb for tracking guitars (electric, acoustic) they can do so much more too. Great for harder edged vocals when you wish to control the dynamics but retain the edginess.
Hopefully, a plugin would emulate all the qualities of a real one. My Waves software LA3a emulators do not really succeed in achieving this. But they still do pretty good work.

3a / 2 A and EMT 140/250 in this case I would more than happy traveling with my laptop....

I try a bunch of others but that one just works. I need to get me a serpent kit but i already have too many projects on my plate.

I think slate could use a good stereo EQ for master buss as well, seems to be one of the only things missing in their mix buss stuff.
