I made an order for a VL37 June 6 wanting to get under the cutoff date for the introductory special price offer. I was told it would be 45 days before shipping. I have sent a couple emails inquiring about my order and haven't heard back. Is it too much to ask for professional customer service from a supplier that has had my cash for two months?

Maybe somehow your email address is getting caught by his spam filter? Mark responds to every one of my emails within an hour or two. And I have his mobile number, and he answers or returns calls diligently every time!

Hello Dfh, That's strange--usually, we answer right away (at least within a couple days). I just checked spam filters and could not find any unanswered emails. The only ones I could see are two emails from the same person on our old email address--those were from September 1st and 2nd, which we actually answered yesterday (i.e. September 2nd). Mark got back to me and apologized for the delay. He said delivery time would be 2 to 3 more weeks and offered an enhanced warranty to compensate for the delay.
