Satin is fantastic, I agree. I almost immediately loved it when I started trying it out.
I just started "tracking to tape" with Oxide on all of my Apollo input channels, and so far I'm having a blast with it. There is just a subtle vibe that happens that I'm really into right now for live band stuff. It also feels good to be confident enough to commit to a sound on the way in, don't even have to give it a second thought during the chaos of a mixdown. Honestly inserting Oxide on every track in a mix is something I would probably never do, so I am really finding the Apollo interface to be a big help here in getting this sound I am after, and getting it quickly.

Oxide's still working nicely. Just today, it helped a lead vocal sit right, better than the other UAD tape sims, better than Slate, better than Kramer, better than the other tape sims I have, better than EQ on occasion.
