This is really cool. I find it somewhat amusing how obsessed everyone is about the Beatles' recording sessions. I assume those U48s were in cardioid mode?

I assume those U48s were in cardioid mode? if i'm not mistaken, the U48's are in house modded U47's? probably card on those amps, but i doubt they used them in cardoid only, especially judging by this picture
