Well, not to drag donr into anything else... but this to me seems as bad as mashed taters covered in chocolate syrup. As bad as pancakes covered in sugar-free ketchup.

And? What's the point? Make a D6 sound like a guitar? How funny. I'd rather listen to the originals. When they began to eff up Hendrix, I had to stop watching and go puke. I really don't see any value in this.

I mean... I think a 2 foot whammy bar would look pretty sick on a guitar. maybe a 335 + bigsby...maybe let it hang real loose. ultimate dude horn.

It shows you how great rock songs don't need guitar to be great, that the composition, rhythm and melody have far more to do with their success.

Why does he imitate a guitar then? If your statement was correct, he would have played it on a flute or accordion, not on a clavinet that desperately wants to sound like the guitar that great rock songs don't need.
