Try this one in 88,2 / 96 khz mode and just smile.... I was sold on Native with the first three notes played... a real bang for the bugs - 99 Euro something about 110$. It sounds thick fat, nice, warm, round, crazy, experimental, like a feedback guitar .... its just awesome.I don't care a single second if it sounds like the real Moog its just a great tool for creativity that you should not miss. And 99 Euros 110 Dollars is a fair deal .... Please do not load the cracked version it kills JOBs.www.native-instruments.com/de/products/komplete/synths/monark/

This is one of the best SW Minimoogs out there. Highly recommended. Still, I'd love to have a real Moog, the Sub37 is high on my list.

Does it have a standalone player or you need Reaktor 5?

There are some scarily accurate sw synths these days. Just can't fork out cash for a harware model with these on the block. Maybe someday.

Just had a look for a standalone player, and saw I completely missed the release of Reaktor 6! Stopped paying attention after Komplete 4 exactly because they weren't updating Reaktor...
My next purchase for sure

Monark is great. I have a preference for hardware, but as far as software instruments go, this one is up near the top. I also am really impressed with the Roland Plug Out SW instruments. In terms of realistic sound quality.
