Something about those dimensions.
Its aclosed speaker with an 2" broadband driver.
He did use some kind of crossover because broadband drivers tend to hype the HF range.
This crap speaker goes down to 90 Hz.
He just smiled when I did ask to tell me the trick.... he dont.....
I run them on 2 x 60 Watt class D Amp.
To my surprise the cheap amp and the speakers are match made.
Did a mix on them yesterday yes, they are not fullrange....no surprise.
But the image is stable as hell, and the sweetspot is large, better as with the Genelecs....
The HF range is not hyped as with the NS 10.
After a few times switching between the fullrange ones, and those bad as hell speakers you get a feeling for the low end on too...
Overall they have the same tendency as the NS10 with impulses, they stick out.
And if it sounds good on them it did sound good on the big ones too.
I think they are a bastard between the NS10s and the Auratones.....
