Making of a Murderer? On Netflix? Or is this about the Unabomber?

Oh - wait...I misread. You just saw it. Well, it was very one-sided. My question is this - if he didn't do it, then who did? Hard to explain away the dead body in the fire pit outside your door.

I think the bones in his pit point it more away from him than towards. Since there were bones in the quarry too, bones were either moved to the pit or to the quarry. If he burned a body in his pit, why only move a couple bones to the quarry? You would get as many as you could away from your house. It makes more sense that someone else burned the body in the quarry, then moved the bones to his place and missing a few in the move. The story is very one sided for sure though. Interesting to see what's going to happen next. I guess he has a new lawyer now that thinks she has a case.

Yeah - after seeing it, I was pretty confident he wasn't guilty, but the more I thought about it, the more I Occam's Razor'd it...The most likely scenario is probably the truth...BUT - he probably shouldn't have been convicted based on the evidence we saw. I don't think I could have voted for conviction.

I don't think I could have voted for conviction. Yep, whether he's guilty or not is almost irrelevant. The real crux is that he was convicted on basically a hunch and that's not a good thing for any of us. We could easily find ourselves in a similar situation and I wouldn't want my court case to go like that. So much for innocent until proven guilty.

I enjoyed watching it... the moment where they find the hole in the vial of blood was as good anything I've seen on tv, fictional or otherwise. This documentary got a lot of news coverage for the case, and several other networks are working on their own documentaries that supposedly show a more balanced view. Also, the producers of the netflix special have said there could be a season 2 depending on how things progress with the case.
