I pay through the friggin nose to live here, so this is really the only time i can feel good about that, and brag a little haha. Any time one of you gents want to hop an Aeroplane west, just come on by 8) You may have to endure some brutality in the form of a little rain on thursday and dozens of beach hotties with nothing covering their arses roaming around.... but i think you'll be ok 8)

Yeah, hit minus 11 here on Sunday also. Minus 2 this morning at 5AM. I had a frozen pipe in one of my bathrooms. Good thing I caught it and got it thawed before it burst. Now I have to do some better insulation in that area.

-8 Saturday night here. I don't know if plastic is any less susceptible to bursting, but I got back from the Cape on Sunday morning to frozen plastic pipes at my kitchen sink (it's a new kitchen and this is its first winter). 10 minutes with a hair dryer in the basement and all was well. The plumber snaked them up right where there's a draft. Last night I got up at 2:00 to check and sure enough the cold had frozen again. 1 minute with the dryer and back in business. Left a drizzle of water on the rest of the night and all is well. Looks like we hit -8 again last night.
