Dylan said something along the lines of "they wanted to make me an insider....I'll always be an outsider" when the Democratic National Convention wanted to make him a mouthpiece in the 60s. Bob Dylan has sold out and unsold out (according to various constituencies) about 50 times : ). I suspect he enjoys it. |
