I can buy ua's new 88 rs for $100 with coupons I would rather own that.

Slate is slate's sale making sense to anybody ? He seems to be marginally discounting his monthly subscription service ? Still no additional price break, if you already own slate plugs. I understand one package comes with relab ( which I already own also) and the other doesn't . But it i s not clear to me if both packages include all his new plugs for the next 12 months ( as the embedded text differs )? Also, the subscription model does provide all new plugs for 12 months and at least initially at the end of the first 12 months you were supposed to get a large coupon redeemable in the slate plug store ? is it just me ? I'm sure if you buy the annual subscription you get everything that's gonna come out during that time but I agree it's not much of a sale. I'm not interested in renting plugs really. I was hoping to see a good ol fashion discount for the Custom Series EQ but he's obviously going all in on subscription and not wanting people to just buy plugins. No thanks. He has a buy 2 plugs for 199 deal going to right? Also, just got a Plugin-Alliance email with different deals than the jrr ones.

Yeah true I just already have everything Slate (except VBC which I sold). I haven't seen the PA email. The Lindell 254e wasn't on the JRR list. Is it discounted in the email you've seen? I'll check the site again.

Thanks. Yeah I just checked the site. Seems the Lindell 254e is about the only thing not on sale? Oh well. Might get it anyway.

Thanks. Yeah I just checked the site. Seems the Lindell 254e is about the only thing not on sale? Oh well. Might get it anyway. No Millennia either. They always do a 25 days of Christmas sale (1 plug per day, then all again on Christmas), so I'm hoping for that. @jordanvoth digs the drumatom plug, so I'm considering that, but waiting until Christmas.

Kcat, Ragan, how do you guys get hundreds of dollars in coupons saved? Every time I get a coupon, even when answering a questionnaire, the expire at the end of the month.
Am I missing something, or did you just buy a lot of UAD products recently?

UA: I don't have hundreds only suck ass Ragan has that I have 2 $25 copons. Seriously I think ragan had one of the apollo's with the funny headphone jacks so ua replaces it and throws a nice big coupon your way ? Slate: Slate linked to new $100 deal on the his new eq if you watn to buy that seperate. When he launched subscription you were supposed to get an instant $99 coupon for the basic plan and 2 $99 coupons if you got the upgrade with relab. so you get all plugs for 12 months and then you could use the coupon to buy a perpetual license if you wanted. I actually thought that interesting as you are only out of pocket the cost of the subscription but get a plug so you have reduced the price of the subscription by about half, have the use of everything ( curretn and released) for 12 months and get a plug like the new eq and or bomber. I am not seeing any references to the promised coupons in the BF sale though ?

hmm.. my headphone jacks have always crackled when I turn them up, is that the "funny headphone jack" issue mentioned? Here's my contribution the the Black Friday deals, $9, and you can take some or all of the room sound out of a track. I hope I can use it like this, record vocal, dial back shitty room verb from my apartment, dial in something like Ocean Way (when I finally get it). The only thing I'm not sure how to do, would be sending to a reverb unit, (like Relab), post the DeVerb. I've never done that in Logic, but I'm sure there's a way. plugin-alliance.com/en/products/spl_de-verb.html* the install is a breeze, no issues, just follow instructions.

That Serpent Audio Splice and TK Audio BC 501 are very tempting! Gonna hold off and save money. I have a house to build next year.

He's got the new EQ's on sale for $94.00. They are $84 at Audio Deluxe. I might spring for these...

Martin John Butler and Kcatt Yeah, I just bought a BF Apollo and got $100 coupon there. Then they swapped it because of some Hi-Z input issue (not headphone) and I got another $100 coupon upon registering for that exchange program. Then I had one or two $25 coupons like you guys do. And actually, when they receive and check in my returned BF I am supposed to get another $100 coupon (so $200 total for the trouble). AND as I posted elsewhere, they just informed me that since I just bought the BF, I'm elegible for the promotion they're running right now where you get a free Quad Satellite if you buy an Apollo. So I have a ThunderBolt Quad coming. Ridiculous. I was on the fence about even getting a BF Apollo but I *by total dumb luck* picked a helluva great time to do it. Between selling my SF, the TB Satellite, the plugin coupons and the fact the Kcatt told me where to get the BF Quad for $2050 all in, I'm coming out ahead on the deal. And that's not even factoring in that if I kept my SF I would have at some point needed to buy a TB card for it. If anyone else is considering a BF Apollo, I'd jump right now. Get a Quad for $2050 shipped and get yourself a TB Quad Satellite and sell it unwrapped and with warranty and sell what you've got now and you're looking at pretty damn good deal.
