Awhile back we got a box full of old API console cards...we racked up the 6 channels but also in the box was a 525C. At the time I didn't have a lunchbox and sort of forgot about it until I was digging around and found it today. It's a 525C. 2 Huntington era, 1 Farmington. I put it in a Lunchbox, and nothing. Doesn't appear to be getting input or output.
So, I thought maybe the pin out was different and it appears it is. From John Klett, here's what he says the pinout for 525 and 525C is:
1 = Chassis Ground 2 = Output High 3 = Output Low 4 = Shield Ground (Power Common) * 5 = Input High 6 = Input Low (Power Common) * 7 = Stereo Interconnect Input ** 8 = Stereo Interconnect Defeat ** 9 = Factory Test Point 10 = Meter Lamp Supply Input High 24V 30mA 11 = Meter Lamp Supply Input Low 12 = +15Vdc Power Supply Input 60mA max. 13 = Power Supply Common 14 = -15Vdc Power Supply Input 60mA max. 15 = Spare
And the standard now: 1 chassis ground 2 output hot 3 low level output (not really used) 4 output cold 5 Sheild ground (0V) 6 7 8 Input cold 9 10 Input hot 11 compressor link 12 +V power 13 0V power common 14 -V power 15 48V phantom

Don't older 525's require some trace cuts and rewire to work in a lunchbox?
I see you updated the first post. I know there's also picture threads at GS and maybe also GroupDIY.

Hey Doug you are right did some more digging, looks like there's some trace cutting and hole drilling involved.
