I'm looking at getting some active boxes to run guitar feeds from the live room into the control room and through the wall to the iso room. the boxes I'm looking at, countryman, are instrument -> mic level.
wondering what the options are for mic level to instrument level to get me into the amps.
or
any thoughts on instrument level to line level as I can use my current reamp boxes.

Doesn't Radial Engineering have something specifically designed for this application?

I use the red eye 3D. It does both reamp and DI.

pretty much every di box is mic level output. so you need a mic pre sitting before the reamp box. I don't want the mic pre in the chain because I'm going straight to the amp head. I'm splitting the signal post head to get both a line level feed and a mic'd cab feed.
so if I'm using a DI i need a corresponding mic level to instrument level reamp box to avoid the preamp.
audix makes a t50k which goes from mic level to instrument level. little labs do the STD that goes from line level to instrument level in the one unit which i'll probably buy. radial have their take on that same thing.
so I'm looking for a mic level to instrument level box to use on the back end of my existing DI's or a line level DI to use with my existing reamp boxes.

to fill in the blanks.
I have a possible gig to record a five piece punk bank. drums, 3x guitars and bass. I am most likely going to put them all in the live room and run lines to the iso room with the amps and DI the bass.
I've got an mw1 and an IVP plus a DI/t50k setup so I have 3 of the musos covered. just need another option

Maybe not what your looking for, but all my re-amping duties are done with the Meris 440 pre these days. I have a pair of them.
