Good Lord. I didn't see all of it, but man...it's just sooooo bad. I caught the Demi Lovato performance and the Nicki Minaj shade thrown on Miley. And Miley is an absolute joke. It's embarrassing. I'm 42. That didn't used to be old. But I feel incredibly old because I just think this stuff is below mediocre. It's all about the lowest common denominators - sex and drugs. Now, rock has certainly always been about that - but my God, at least Kiss could play their instruments (and I think they were awful). I never thought there would be a day where I thought someone like Guns & Roses would look like a Mensa gathering. Im not bitching because i don't get it, I'm bitching because it's terrible. It's objectively awful.
