Ok I'll admit this is a pet peeve of mine, how we get screwed up here in cdn when shipping to and from the states, either really high charges or very slow times and hidden fees. I ordered something from Latvia, ya Latvia ( you know by Transylvania  Thursday and it was in Ottawa on Saturday plus it went from Nework,NJ to Tennessee ? how the hell does a few hundred miles take so long some times ? |

Sounds like they go to the same postal service school as our Australian company's.. Weirdest thing sometimes I get freight from the states quicker than the internal post  ? |

6 weeks ago, I ordered a reedjuvinator from the maker in canada, and it still hasn't arrived here in NYC. super annoying for a $20 plastic tube with a sponge and some flat slats to get held up in customs...

I don't get it. I ordered usb chargers from new egg. One of them is for an ipad2 the other for a mouse. The ipad one came from china, it took 5 days (free shipping) The other one came from Kentucky, it took 12 days. China is 4k miles or so and Kentucky is 1.2k from Michigan. My wife ships toys all over the world and I cringe some times when I see the price for shipping. She doesn't charge extra for shipping at all and a 15$ barbie doll can cost 32$ to ship to Australia. That blows my mind.

My favorite is "can't deliver because of incorrect or incomplete address information" only for it to arrive a day or to late with the original label info 100% correct !
Next is could not deliver because buissness is closed , it's a Fing residential address! With mail boxes where they put the package the next day!
