"The World Health Organization's ranking of the world's health systems was last produced in 2000, and the WHO no longer produces such a ranking table, because of the complexity of the task. "

All of this assumes that there are still free peoples. We are all watched, recorded, scrutinized, paper-trailed, data-based, mapped, and classified. This has become a common thing. As far as the US is concerned, those born in the 19th century may have felt their freedoms were taken away by all of these encroaching abuses. It seems we "here" may have allowed ourselves to continue to think that we are still a free nation.
It's surprising to find Hong Kong at the top of the list. Not too long ago there were police crack-downs against the democracy demonstration rallies/marches, there. The Cato Institute is somewhat a propaganda think tank group, proposing "public policy".
Also, I heard on talk-radio today that the cost of food and medicine has risen 80% for the Ukrainian people. That is quite an alarming life change.
