So today marks my two year anniversary of purchasing this place. There's still a lot to do and the studio is not completely up and running, but life is good. There is a band that rehearses here on a regular basis so the place has music flowing in it again. My girlfriend moved in and we're making the house a home. ( I knew her forty years ago in High School and re-met her last Fall after all these years ). My Electrical Business is still helping me pay the bills and I wake up every morning smiling.

Chuck, there are a lot of houses in Queens that might work and are probably not priced too high.
