So, I FINALLY built a website for my studio. I've had a facebook page for awhile, but a dedicated site has been in the plan for a long time. I've gone through two guys who said they were going to help out designing it, but nothing ever came of it, and it kept getting delayed and forgotten about. So, I just decided to finally make one myself. Anyway, I'm not a web designer, so I just used Weebly. It's a pretty simple/minimal design, but I'd love to get some feedback on what you think of it. www.SubterraneanWatchtower.com/I plan to post articles/shootouts on the News/Blog portion. I also included a microphone building portion, which I alluded to in a past thread of mine. Thanks! |

Looks great, man! Only thing I would throw out is maybe a larger and cooler font for the section titles...
Oh - and "Neumann" is misspelled on the equipment list.

looks really good! i think some pictures of your space might go a long way. a good aesthetic does wonders for drawing people in

Nice.
My $.02: One of the things I think is important is to have photographs of bands/people in the studio. It gives an active impression and says "look we're busy". This can be done via the website, a Facebook page, or both.

Thanks for all the comments! I've added a lot since I first posted this thread. I can't believe it took me so long to build this site. I really think it's going to help out
I'll try to start taking some pictures. I'm usually too focused on recording to snap any haha
