Finally broke my buyers block and bit the bullet on of these guys. I've loved it everytime I've used one, so I'm happy to have one in my permanent setup now. I bought it mainly for 2bus and drum bus duties. For anybody that's played with one before knows that the results can be pretty drastic in either direction.

I've only heard a few things about this. Does anyone know if it's another modified SSL4K bus compressor based product? Seems like there were a ton of them after GroupDIY got so.. big.

It's a pretty interesting box. You can definitely get the classic SSL comp vibe from it, but with the added hi/lo shelving, mix control, and the behavior knob (which my best description for what the behavior knob does, is that it is a transient designer + ultra aggressive compression at varying levels) You not only have great compression options on the 2bus, but you have some really unique features for the processing of loops, or anything else you might want mangled.
I'm not sure on the origins of the designs. Could very well be groupDIY.
