I bought a pair of NS10's with a Crown D-75A power amp three weeks ago. Suddenly today, one of the Crown's channel distortion indicators lit up permanently and my NS 10 speaker on that channel distorted. Nice, huh.
Anyway, I was wondering if anybody has any experience with a distortion indicator on the Crown that stays lit, and if there's any advice you could give me to troubleshoot/solve the problem. I turned the unit off and on, but the same channel's distortion indicator immediately went on and the NS 10 sounded distorted again. The other channel is fine and the NS10 connected to it sounds fine as well.
Thanks for any advice!

Crown has excellent regional service centers and their support people would probably help. There is also a forum: www.crownaudio.com/forums.

As it turns out, I fired up the Crown today and there was no distortion. Weird. It happened when I drove the amp harder yesterday. So, I'm going to keep it a low levels and keep my fingers crossed.
