A question: I donated last summer and ticked the 'monthly' box. Never thought about it (silly low amount) until last December and found out the monthly thing hadn't worked. So I tried again, but monthly still doesn't work. Anybody have a clue why? If not, I'll just contact PayPal..

balls.. i quit using paypal, they jacked me around with that indonesian phony purchase(i posted the issue here), i haven't used them since, i'm gonna have to work that out....

Also - I have a super low advertiser rate...but their support has helped even up the costs of running the site. One of the biggest things you guys can do is click on banners - not just click on them - but buy stuff from them. When they feel like this place is making a difference, they will be happy and thus spread the gospel. Then it's free for all of you and maybe I can make a buck or two. Remember, they see the clicks that go to their sites (from this site) - not asking for people to pad stats - but I am asking that if you're gonna google or you're gonna buy - go through this site. Thanks for all the support from you guys out there - I really, really appreciate it.

John I have Mentioned the site to my old employer and to the Guys at Sweetwater. Ad dollars are tight these days, so yeah if you buy from an Advertiser mention RGO,

I got reply from PayPal: "The only way to activate a monthly payment is unfortunately through the receiver's website, so I would advise you to contact them to see if they are having problems setting up subscriptions at the moment. They will be able to help you activate this payment". To me it seemed like that the 'Monthly option' was set at the PayPal page you're directed to after pushing the donate button.. Anybody else tried the Monthly option? |
